Kristen, Age 8
Incident: Kristen fell out of her bed and hit the corner of her night stand. Her mother called Dr.STITCH and they met Dr. Pinsky at the hospital.
“My daughter, Kristen, fell out of her bed and hit her right cheek on the corner of her night stand. The impact put a deep hole in her face and slight trauma to her eye. I had an excellent experience with Dr.STITCH. The dispatcher on the phone was very kind and helpful. Once she realized I did not need immediate attention, she told me she would call me right back, which she did. She directed me to the hospital and told me that Dr. Pinsky would meet me there. When we got to the hospital, they were expecting me. The dispatcher texted me to make sure I was getting registered and when she knew that I was, she told the doctor who met me within a half an hour. He beat the ER doctor in the room! Dr. Pinsky was gentle and kind. He talked my daughter through the entire process (which was extremely scary for an eight year old) and instructed me on her proper care. It was a pain free experience, considering, and It looks as though she will have minimal scarring!”
